By accessing or using the Haven cocktail archetype survey and recommendation service (“Service”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use. The Service is operated solely for personal, non-commercial use.
2. Eligibility
You must be of legal drinking age in your jurisdiction to use or access the Service. By continuing, you confirm you meet this requirement.
3. Accounts & Phone Numbers
We collect your phone number to identify your profile and associate survey responses. By providing your number, you consent to receive transactional or service-related messages. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for assistance.
4. Acceptable Use
- Do not use the Service for illegal or harmful purposes.
- Do not interfere with security, data integrity, or system performance.
- Do not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or automate data extraction.
5. Recommendations
All cocktail recommendations are informational and based on your stated preferences. We do not sell or serve alcohol and cannot guarantee that any suggested drink will be available, accurate, or suitable for you. Always consume responsibly.
6. Messaging & Communications
We may send account confirmations, reminders, or updates related to your results. Frequency varies. You can opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP.
7. Privacy & Data Use
We process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Notice. Data may be stored or processed by trusted third-party service providers such as hosting, analytics, or messaging partners.
8. Intellectual Property
All branding, software, text, design, and creative materials in the Service are owned by Haven or its licensors. You are granted a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use the Service personally and non-commercially.

10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HAVEN AND ITS AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR GOODWILL, EVEN IF ADVISED OF SUCH POSSIBILITY.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Haven, its affiliates, and personnel from any claims or damages arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if you violate these Terms or engage in misuse. Sections that reasonably survive termination, including Intellectual Property, Disclaimers, and Liability, remain in effect.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Haven operates, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
14. Changes
We may modify these Terms from time to time. Updates will take effect upon posting. Continued use of the Service signifies acceptance.
